Introduction

Welcome to HitJackpot ("Game", "Service"), operated by Netfou Corp. ("Netfou", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HitJackpot, including all related mobile applications, websites, features, and services. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing HitJackpot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form the entire and binding agreement between you and Netfou regarding your use of HitJackpot. By accessing or using the Service in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using HitJackpot and uninstall all related applications. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Eligibility

HitJackpot is available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• If you are under the required age, you are not permitted to use HitJackpot under any circumstances.
• The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where social casino games are prohibited by law.
• By accessing the Service, you represent that your use complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Netfou reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of HitJackpot, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Virtual Goods & Game Currency

HitJackpot uses virtual currencies and virtual goods ("Virtual Goods") to enhance gameplay. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, prizes, or any real-world items.

• Game Currency (Coins, Chips, etc.) is a virtual medium used only within HitJackpot.
• Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own any Virtual Goods; you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them.
• Netfou may modify, remove, or adjust Virtual Goods at any time without liability to you.
• Virtual Goods obtained through gameplay or purchase are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer Virtual Goods outside of official in-game mechanisms is prohibited.

User Conduct

By using HitJackpot, you agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

1. Using cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interacts with the Game.
2. Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or Netfou staff.
3. Attempting to access areas of the Service not intended for public access, including unauthorized server or network access.
4. Collecting, storing, or sharing personal information of other users without their consent.
5. Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, offensive, pornographic, or violates the rights of any third party.
6. Engaging in commercial activities (advertising, spam, pyramid schemes) through the Service.
7. Impersonating Netfou, its employees, other users, or any other person or entity.
8. Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

Netfou reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of your account, at its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HitJackpot — including but not limited to graphics, text, sounds, music, game design, software, trademarks, and logos — are the exclusive property of Netfou Corp. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HitJackpot for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Use any Netfou trademark, logo, or brand materials without prior written permission.
• Create derivative works based on the Game or any content within it.

User Content

HitJackpot may allow you to submit, upload, or share content including chat messages, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Netfou a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

You acknowledge that all communications within forums or chat areas may be visible to other users and are not confidential. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Netfou is not responsible for User Content posted by other users.

You must not submit User Content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

In-App Purchases

HitJackpot is free to download and play. However, the Game offers optional in-app purchases of Virtual Goods using real money. All purchases are made through the applicable platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Facebook).

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

HitJackpot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Netfou does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netfou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of Virtual Goods, or loss of profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

Netfou reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to HitJackpot at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that Netfou determines to be harmful to the Service, other users, or Netfou itself.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. Any Virtual Goods, Game Currency, or progress associated with your account may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of HitJackpot, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting Netfou's support team. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve your complaint within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, unless prohibited by applicable law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection law. For users in the United States, certain state-specific rights may apply.

Changes to These Terms

Netfou may update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the Game, on our website, or by sending you an email if we have your contact information.

Your continued use of HitJackpot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service. Important reasons for changing the Terms may include:

• Changes in applicable laws or regulations affecting our operations.
• Court rulings or regulatory decisions requiring amendments.
• Prevention of abuse or reinforcement of security measures.
• Introduction of new features, services, or game content.
